AAAHHHHHHHHHHH
Sorry if I hurt your ears from screaming so loud because I am so frustrated with my work load. All this work I am doing better make me rich ;0 and then I scream again..Teachers don't make money and that makes me even more annoyed. Teachers are amazing because we are human beings that truely care about children and people and we are not in it to get rich. I love being a teacher and all the amazing experiences are priceless. I have many many stories I can share but of course not right now because I have finish my work!
Goodnight.

How?
Up early and working hard. So much to do in 2 days. I have no idea HOW I will finish all of this before Monday morning. I am going start working on my presentations and then write my paper. I started the geometry cabinet presentation yesterday. Wish me luck. I still have to get my eyebrows threaded sometime today and get fabric for my Indian outfit. Oh yeah, I also have to find silver shoes AGAIN!
HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!
So happy I finally spent some quality time with myself.

Practical Life Album
I finished my practical life album today FINALLY! The album consists of work form the past three months and only activities from the practical life area. Practical life consists of 4 areas which are Preliminary Exercises, Grace and Courtesy, Care of Self, Care of Environment and Movement. My album is 140 pages including the title page and table of contents. For the past week, I worked the minute I got home from school until at least midnight everyday, even forgetting to eat some days because I was so determined to finish. It feels so GOOD to look at all the hard work and the results! A beautiful album!! I have four more to complete before I graduate.
Here are some pictures of my album ;)One of my kind friends ;) let me use the bird from her blog because I loved it so much!!! It was perfect because my practical life album color was suppose to be yellow! Yellow and gray are my favorite colors as you can probably tell from my bedroom!
Enjoy and Goodnight.

Stress Level rises as the weeks pass
I am so overwhelmed. I have to turn in my final Practical Life album on Friday. Basically, every lesson that we have learned in the practical life area is in this album. I have been working on it for three days straight, and I am not finished yet. I have 2 assignments and a paper due on Monday as well. Tomorrow I will have to finish my practical life album since its due Friday and that means Friday, Saturday and Sunday I will sit at home and do nothing but work. That sucks!! I can't wait till Monday. After I turn everything in, I refuse to work till the following Monday when I return from Miami. So another scarified weekend. I still have an article to read for a reading seminar tomorrow. I can't keep my eyes open. I am in serious overload. I woke up at 7:00 am this morning and went to the doctor. I sat in the waiting room for 1 1/2 because they were so busy and then I had four tubes of blood drawn. I then went to school, stayed after for a meeting and unsupervised practice, went to office depot, office max and target looking for a black binder and did not get home till 6:30. Every since I got home till now, I busted my behind trying to work on my album. I am EXHAUSED! I am going to sleep and I will just read the article on my lunch break. Good night and sweet dreams.

Summer Camp 2010
Last summer I attended Circus Camp with Alexa. Alexa LOVED it, and so did I!! It was fun observing Alexa perform all these really cool tricks. I can totally see Alexa being an Acrobat one day!
I thought I would share some of the photos with you. Hope you enjoy ;)

Highlight of my day.
Soooo....Overall the day has been good and bad. I started the day off bad by waking up at noon. I eneded up going shopping with Monica to search for an indian outfit for the wedding in Miami, and of course it was a waste of time. I found NOTHING. So that means I need to get to my alteration lady asap. So anyways, I ended up getting home at 4 and starting on my final touch ups for the work I have to turn in tomorrow. Guess what? I just finished. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, Monica (who is a bad influence) picked me up at 7:30 and made me get frozen yogurt with her :) I AM SOOOO HAPPY I WENT BECAUSE THEY NOW HAVE POMEGRANATE!!!! My second favorite fruit. My first is watermelon. Well now I am going to shower and finally relax before a crazy long week!
Good night and Sweet Dreams.

Cleaning a spill
Here are some pictures of Alexa cleaning a spill on my Patio :) She was not confident in her ability to carry the cup of water across the living room and stopped midway each time. I did not help her because I wanted her to do it all by herself :) She was so careful not to spill even a drop. She repeated this so many times! She loved it! She loved pouring the water and she waited for the last drop each time while pouring (Montessori thing!) She was also worried that her clothes would get wet while pouring the water. I showed her how to sit and stand so that this would not happen. I wish I knew all that I have learned in my training last year. I attended kindergarten with Alexa and I assisted her with her communication device in the classroom. If I could go back and do things differently, I would change so much about my movements. Anyways, for now here are some photographs of her.

New Fabric
I am sew excited about my new fabric! I can't wait to get started on my new projects! Jo-Ann had an additional 50% off red tag fabric. I ended up paying 38 cents for some and I could not believe it! I am not a fan of brown, however I found three REALLY PRETTY fabrics that were mainly brown. I love them!

Alexa baking a cake on her own!
After a few weeks into my training, I was babysitting Alexa and felt like doing whatever she wanted to do. She went into the pantry and picked out a box of cake mix and decided she was going to bake. I helped her get all the stuff she needed to bake and then I stepped back and let her take charge :)

Alexa was nervous about cracking the egg on her own, but I did not offer any assistance. I wanted her to do it by herself. And she did!!!!

While Alexa was waiting for the cake to finish baking, I showed Alexa how to use the Swifter. She mopped by herself. My kitchen floor was flooded. I think she used the entire solution :) hehe but that's ok. She wiped it after she was done.
